Q. How much does it cost to park at Park ‘N Fly?

Park ‘N Fly has a minimum rate of ₱595.00 (VAT Inclusive) for the first 24 hours, and then a rate of ₱24.79 (VAT Inclusive) for each hour after that. A fraction of an hour is considered a full hour. Parking rates are subject to change without prior notice.

For motorcycle rates: ₱475.00 (VAT Inclusive) for the first 24 hours, and ₱19.79 (VAT Inclusive) for each hour after that. A fraction of an hour is considered a full hour. Parking rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Q. Do I need to make reservations?

We accept walk-ins (subject to space availability), but we recommend booking online. You may also contact us at 8854-9302 to 04, or 09189910000.

Q. Does Park ‘N Fly offer promotional rates or discounts?

Yes, Park ‘N Fly offers a 5% discount for customers who park for 7 days or more, and a 10% discount for those who park for 30 days or more.

Q. Is there a luggage limit?

There is no luggage limit, other than what can physically fit inside Park 'N Fly's shuttle vans. For reference, we use Toyota Grandia vans.

Q. How does the Park ‘N Fly Free Shuttle Service work?

The Free Shuttle Service provides transportation to, from, and between all four airport terminals. This service is complimentary for customers who avail of the initial 24-hour parking rate of ₱595.00 (VAT Inclusive).

Q. Does Park ‘N Fly offer other auto care services?

Yes, our Auto Service Center provides vehicle maintenance, repair, refueling, cleaning, and detailing services.

Q. Is there a recommended time for customers to arrive at Park ‘N Fly?

Customers should arrive at least 30 minutes earlier than their normal schedule. For example, if your flight is at 10:00 a.m. and you plan to be at the terminal by 8:00 a.m., please arrive at Park ‘N Fly by 7:30 a.m. to allow time for registration and the shuttle trip.

Q. What is Park ‘N Fly registration requirements?

A valid driver’s license is required.

Q. Is there a place where we can stay while waiting for our flight?

Yes, we offer a customer lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi and TV. Other amenities include a café restaurant, 24-hour Foodmart, barber shop, and banking facilities.

Q. Do you also clean cars that are parked at your facility?

Yes, we offer full cleaning and repair/maintenance services while your vehicle is parked with us.

Q. How safe is our vehicle with Park ‘N Fly?

Our facility is well-lit, staffed by professional security, and monitored 24/7 by CCTV surveillance.

Q. Are there any other Park ‘N Flys?

Park ‘N Fly is the only facility of its kind in the Philippines. We are located in Pasay City near the Manila International Airport (MIA Road corner Domestic Road). A new multi-level service complex is under construction directly across our current facility.

Q. What happens if my flights’ Departure and Arrival Terminals are Different?

No problem. We can drop you off and pick you up at any of the four (4) airport terminals, even if they differ for departure and arrival.
